Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this position is responsible for departmental reports, administration of departmental websites, the execution of Home Office related communication and serves as general back up and support for the department. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible departmental execution, metric, and compliance reporting.
  • Responsible for Home Office communication and internal postings.
  • Editor for internal social media accounts.
  • Administrator for all departmental vendors and websites.
  • Serve as back up and support for the department.
  • Understands the working relationship of Store Operations and has the ability to identify and provide opportunities for support
  • Efficiently handles workload in a productive manner and makes necessary process modifications in order to increase efficiency
  • Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues as appropriate; works in partnership with others; delivers on commitments to the team/company
  • Uses standard reports to identify potential issues; escalates concerns and questions to management
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Associates degree or some college


Preferred Skills

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Physical and Environmental Requirements

  • Must be able to sit at a computer or desk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to use hands/arms to operate keyboard, telephone and for repetitive motion activities.
  • Must be able to lift objects up to 25 lbs. with or without assistance.
  • Must be able to communicate using speech, sight, and sound with or without assistive device.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, stoop or crouch while performing daily activities of the job.
