Job Description: 

The Returns Associate reports directly to the Returns Manager. The Returns Associate performs all returns functions including but not limited to: Processing returns, scanning, counting, moving product, and unloading truck trailers. The Returns Associate demonstrates behavior that supports AWBC core values.

This will be a seasonal position and includes the opportunity to earn a Retention Bonus for perfect attendance.

Orientation on December 29 or December 30th
Start date: Sunday, January 3, 2021
End date:  Thursday night, January 28, 2021
Work schedule: Sunday thru Friday, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM (10 hour Shift)


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Scan product. 
  • Scan totes and move product.
  • Assist scanners by prepping product to be scanned
  • Responsible for following all safety rules, regulations and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Basic Mathematical Skills

Physical and Environmental Requirements

Must be Able to:

  • Continuously stand up to 4 hours.
  • Walking short distances through the department/building.
  • Use hands/arms to pick and carry product and operate required equipment.
  • Lift objects up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
  • Hear with or without an assistive device.
  •  Effective verbal communication skills, read and write legibly including very small print
  • Read and write legibly. Including very small print.
  • Continuously stand, stoop, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, scanning, counting, cleaning, carrying, and move freight. Including repetitive motion.

Must be able to work In variable work locations.
