Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, the Regional Vice President is responsible for providing leadership to the District Managers, and delivering expected sales and profits for stores within a specific geographic area.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Reviews store operations against expected stands of operation. Leads the team in achieving budgeted targets as provided by Store Operations.
• Provides frequent and consistent communication with District Managers regarding current issues that can impact the business including sales and expenses, communication standards for the stores. Provides ongoing mentoring and development of the District Managers.
• During store visits, observes matters that can positively or negatively impact the business and serves as the communication hub on these matters between the Home Office and the field. Makes recommendations for change.
• Supervises, coaches, develops and motivates District Managers to achieve or exceed expected results. Identifies talent among associates and develops a succession plan for the Region.
• Reviews reports and devises plans to support stores in order to achieve standards and positive results.
• Ensures excellent customer service by providing feedback and training to prevent escalation of issues.
• In partnership with Human Resources, establishes and maintains positive employee relations by providing guidance to District Manager in regards to the investigation and resolution of any employee issues within the region.
• Uses knowledge and discretion in hiring decisions and terminations in consultation with the SVP of Operations.
• Perform other duties as directed.
