You will participate and assist in the execution of multiple Marketing Programs across the organization that includes Print, Email, SMS, Paid Search, Paid Social marketing as well as Holiday and Creative Planning.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the Development and execution of marketing plans to achieve sales and margin goals set by department leadership.
  • Work across marketing, merchandising and creative departments to assist with the build out of our Holiday Catalog.
  • Aid with development and analysis of daily/weekly/monthly reporting and actionable next steps that will grow and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Help drive and optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including Open Rates, CTR, engagement and retention.
  • Help monitor business performance and communicate assortment, promotional and allocation needs.
  • Conducts proofing and quality assurance across marketing platforms for the department.
  • Help coordinate between site merchandisers, buyers, and creative to obtain marketing assets and assist with the final QA of these assets.
  • Communicate project status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Conducts competitive analysis to maintain awareness of consumer trends, technology, innovation, shopping behaviors and best practices.
  • Respond to requests from various internal and external stakeholders for performance data.
  • Perform other ad hoc analysis and reporting as directed.
  • Other duties as assigned – the candidate will be cross trained in web analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, loyalty, email and digital advertising and will be expected to contribute to the entire team as needed.


Job Requirements

Preferred Skills

•         Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.

•         Familiarity with Photoshop, html and CSS coding a bonus.

•         Experience and proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

•         Discretion to make decisions over individual tasks.

•         Good problem-solving skills.

•         Ability to clearly and accurately communicate both verbally and in writing.
