Position Snapshot:

As an important member of the Merchandising team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of specialized administrative functions involving order tracking, billing, visual merchandising, and reporting, just to name a few!

Day in the life:

The Merchandising  Assistant will support the Merchandising  group by completing the following tasks:

• Maintain order tracking system and assist in coordinating vendor changes/updates as necessary
• Prepare and process vendor co-op and incentive paperwork for General Merchandise
• Handle routine inquiries and correspondence from a number of sources (internal and external) by obtaining the necessary information and preparing appropriate responses
• Create, maintain, and update proper operational reports that provide supportive insight to lead merchants
• Uses sound judgement to escalate any order issues as necessary to ensure timely order completion
• Serve as liaison between Merchandising team, Warehouse, and Vendors when necessary
• Be readily available to perform other duties as assigned
