Job Description

Leads reports directly to the Department Manager. Provides leadership to the  clerks as needed. The Department Lead performs all department functions. Competitive pay based on experience. Openings on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. 


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervises department clerks as they perform their duties

    • Responsible for following all safety rules, regulations and guidelines.
    • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Computer Skills
  • Basic Mathematical Skills

Physical and Environmental Requirements

Must be Able to: 

  • Continuously stand up to 4 hours.
  • Walk between 4-6 miles a day. Walking short distances through the department/building.
  • Use hands/arms to pick and carry product and operate required equipment.
  • Lift objects up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
  • Speak in English with or without an assistive device.
  • Hear with or without an assistive device.
  • Read and write legibly. Including very small print.
  • Accurately identify the correct items from their correct location.

Continuously stand, stoop, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, scanning, counting, keying orders, cleaning, carrying, and move freight. Including repetitive motion.

  • Must be able to work In variable work locations.
