Job Description

The Human Resources Intern will work directly with the HR team on various projects as they relate to the HR function. As an intern, you will be provided with job skills and training, personal development, and networking opportunities, while experiencing the BAM! culture.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support all functions of the HR team including, but not limited to:
  • Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Government Reporting, Talent Acquisition, Associate Engagement, and HRIS
  • Gain exposure and proficiencies in application tracking systems, onboarding programs, and HR related systems
  • Support processes and procedures as they relate to the HR function
  • Assist in developing employee engagement opportunities and events

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Current college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with course work in Business or Human Resources

Preferred Skills

  • Completed coursework related to the Human Resources function.
  • Critical Thinking Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intellectually curious
  • Team oriented with ability to work independently
